Grant-Shevchenko Iryna Mykolaivna.
Diagnosis and treatment of vascular pathologies.
Hello, my name is Irуna Grant-Shevchenko. I am a vascular surgeon and phlebologist. My goal is to provide an expert approach in treating spider veins, varicose veins, thrombophlebitis, phlebothrombosis, and venous insufficiency. To provide my patients with world class treatment, I have invested heavily in my training at the world renowned clinics and with leading experts. Training venues have included the largest hospital in Europe located in Vienna as well as the the renowned and most exclusive clinic in the world of aesthetic phlebology located in Brazil. I have worked with highly discerning patients in Paris and studied Chinese approaches to my specialty in China.
My clinic utilizes the newest state of the art technology, high-tech digital methods of treatment include: CLaCS, sclerotherapy, miniflebectomy, endovenous laser ablation (EVLA), and bio-glue. This technology enables me to develop an individualized treatment plan for you, in which an active lifestyle coupled with the high demands of modern patients is taken into account. In order to provide the most advanced treatment possible, I actively attend trainings throughout the world to learn the most progressive and effective treatment options. My approach to phlebology ensures that my patients receive world class treatment in Ukraine without having to leave home.
Modern phlebology is a state-of-the-art method to transform your legs. It is a uniquely individualized approach, balancing treatment and aesthetics, with medical care administered in a high-quality, patient friendly manner.
All types of servicesAnnual study abroad and speeches at European conferences make it possible to catch all the innovations of the world and hone the details of what I can do. I am proud to be involved in launching the first laser operations in Iraq and providing training for local doctors. But I owe the beginning of my journey to glorious Ukrainian National Institute of Surgery and Transplantology named after A.A. Shalimov, where I’m still taking the place of Research Officer and getting a postgraduate education.

My patients have expressed positive reviews, sharing their joy at their new-found ease of walking and a renewed confidence in wearing dresses. These reviews are the best evidence of the success of my approach to treating these ailments.
Phlebologist’s treat spider veins, varicose veins, leg fatigue, swelling, pain and night cramps, and trophic leg ulcers. People suffering from these maladies should consider making an appointment with a phlebologist.
Diseases of the veins are the field of my work. It is important to me that as a doctor, that I work with patients, and not "clients."
Our collective goal is to cure the diseases of the venous system while cosmetically eliminate varicose veins, providing the patient with both improved health and a aesthetically pleasing result. From the moment of their arrival into my clinic, they are met by friendly, customer focused staff, who are tasked with making the patients feel comfortable and confident in their decision to pursue treatment. The advent of modern digital diagnostic methods — venous duplex ultrasound scan, vein visualization devices, and others — allows me to obtain accurate data and solve problems quickly, painlessly and efficiently.
Since treatment is possible without a single incision despite the stage of severity of the disease, modern phlebology has become the new aesthetic. Phlebology received the status of office surgery because the clinics are more reminiscent of a comfortable, beautiful, convenient and understandable office for a modern, demanding patient. The atmosphere is not reminiscent of clinical procedures, and the visit only takes a few hours.
Modern phlebology is about crafting an individualized treatment plan. In crafting the plan all factors are taken into account: a patients clinical condition, their aesthetic wishes, work demands, playing sports or living in another city or country, and anything that could make frequent visits to the doctor impossible.
